THE REFECTORY
THE Refectory on the southern edge of the complex is designed to have a generous vestibule which will function as a lounge for gathering prior to meals and for other informal encounters. A private dining room is located off the main dining hall which will include a buffet-style servery. Behind the buffet will be located the kitchen and pantries with truck loading to the rear.
